about

I love finding out about why we do things, why we think things, and how we learn things.

I am a zoologist who loved and studied animal behaviour and then want on to formally become an educator, who is equally as fascinated by human behaviour and what leads us to become who we are.

This blog is to collect those things I’ve found most interesting and worth sharing.

The things that have inspired me, challenged me and provided insight into the work I do, and the work of those around me.

Some of it is good ol’ fashioned science – studies, theories and their applications. Some of it is impressive and effective design, and inspiring examples of engaging people and helping them notice or reflect. Some of it is just stuff that made me stop and go ‘wow’.

I’ve been collecting these links and sharing them with colleagues for five years, so it’s time to widen that net.
